Plan your projects via CAE software or WAGO e!COCKPIT. Your data is directly imported into the smart DESIGNER online product configurator.
The smart DESIGNER product configurator enables true 3D configuration of WAGO’s electrical interconnect and automation components, including the TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks, and WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750. In addition to pre-assembled products, you receive all relevant product and process data for documentation.
An extensive product portfolio of individual WAGO items may be downloaded at wago.partcommunity.com. CAD product data can be transferred from here easily and quickly to customers' designs. Whether 2D or 3D data in a neutral CAD format or in the user's CAD system format, the online portal provides data that fulfills these requirements. In addition to geometry data, technical and commercial item data is also transferred to the CAD target system or to the PLM/ERP software.

For automatic item creation, smart DESIGNER provides data to the Product Life Cycle Management System. This adds relevant information to the configured product – for example, ETIM and eCl@ss classification data, as well as information on the packaging type and unit. The order is further processed by the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP).
Production at WAGO is completely software-based and transparent from start to finish for every employee who needs access to the ordering and production processes. Assembly and production of real components or component groups based on virtual templates reduce throughput times and ensure on-time delivery.
